What You’ll Do:
- Cover for portfolio managers on leave, providing seamless service to landlords and tenants
- Manage inspections, maintenance, leasing, and compliance as required
- Jump in to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and keep the team on track
- Maintain communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders
Who You Are:
- Experienced in residential property management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Confident, adaptable,
and excellent at building relationships
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in managing priorities
- Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate required
