What you’ll be doing - Managing leasing enquiries and conducting inspections - Handling tenant onboarding and lease handovers - Handle maintenance requests - Building strong tenant relationships and resolving enquiries - Carry out routine inspections About you - Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential Real Estate - PM or leasing experience highly regarded - Robust communication and organisation skills - Certificate of Registration required - Own car and valid drivers license - Confident using PropertyMe, TAPI, Inspection Manager (or similar) What’s on offer - Up to $80,000 + Car allowance - Monday–Friday only (no weekends) - Pod structure with VA/admin support - Flexible/WFH options available - Local portfolio If you enjoy being out on the road, building relationships, and owning the tenant experience—this is the role for you.
