About the role We are seeking a qualified Certified Practising Valuer to support a number of major government contracts and projects. The role involves providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for various property classes—including residential, commercial and specialised property—for Local, State and Federal Government clients. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

Responsibilities - Prepare and deliver valuation reports for government and commercial property assignments.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to support annual budget targets.

Qualifications - Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.

- CPV status (RPV status considered).




- Significant experience in the government valuation space; commercial valuation experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
- Driven professional with exceptional communication and business development skills.
