This is an opportunity to step into a Psychology Team Leader role with a multidisciplinary allied health practice on the Mornington Peninsula, with hubs across Frankston, Mornington and Dromana.

Supporting children, young people and families is at the heart of their work, with approximately 80% of the caseload being paediatric. You'll work alongside Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Teachers, Psychotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Support Workers in a collaborative workplace where clinicians are genuinely supported to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor and support a growing Psychology team
- Maintain a clinical caseload while stepping into leadership responsibilities
- Support clinician development, supervision and clinical excellence
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the Psychology service
- Understand and contribute to the operational and commercial side of team leadership

About You

You're an experienced Psychologist who enjoys helping others grow just as much as supporting your clients. Whether you're already leading a team or ready to step into leadership, you'll bring strong clinical skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for developing others.

You'll have

- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Experience mentoring, supervising or supporting other clinicians
- Strong paediatric clinical experience
- An understanding of the responsibilities that come with leading a team
