Polaris Education – Redstone Hall School, Ipswich is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to support pupils aged 5 to 18 with complex needs. The role focuses on wellbeing, resilience and readiness for learning, working with the education team to remove barriers to learning and promote positive behaviours.
The successful applicant will lead ELSA sessions, contribute to planning and assessment, build robust relationships with pupils, parents and carers, and support transitions.
