What is the role

This exciting role sits within the Buzz Hotel Client Service Team, reporting to the Director Client Service. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team in winning and retaining, and growing client relationships within major hotels. You will work with our internal design and product development teams, and also work with our Production and Logistics team to ensure that all product is delivered on schedule to clients as well as provide general team and client support.

What are we looking for?

A dynamic account manager who takes ownership of their client portfolio, managing strategic client relationships and generating new opportunities within these accounts.

- A proven track record in revenue generation and preferably exposure to tender processes.
- Proven ability to deliver growth in revenue and repeat business by successfully managing existing client relationships.




- Experience/exposure to production and logistics and/or product development would be advantageous.
- Highly tuned analytical skills with the ability to apply this to the development of account management plans and problem solving.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing cross‑functional teams to deliver on deadlines and outcomes for your clients.
- An understanding of, and network within, Hotels would be considered advantageous – either developed through selling into this industry for several years or having worked within the industry directly.
- An interest in luxury brands and a passion for travel.
