We are a general practice seeking a compassionate, skilled and reliable Practice Nurse to join our supportive and patient-focused team.
This is a casual position, working Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours per week), with additional hours available to provide annual leave and sick leave cover.
Key responsibilities
- Assist GPs with patient care and clinical procedures
- Perform health assessments, care plans and chronic disease management activities
- Administer vaccinations and support immunisation programs
- Conduct wound care, ECGs and other nursing procedures as required
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Manage recalls, reminders and preventative health activities
- Support infection control and accreditation requirements
- Work collaboratively with doctors, reception staff and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

Experience and qualifications required
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Friendly, caring and professional with a patient-centred approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering quality healthcare
