- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality standards.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Create explicit test plans, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Monitor product performance and recommend quality improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA principles.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus.
