What you’ll be doing

As a valued educator at Tiny Legends, you will:

- Contribute to the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child feels a sense of belonging
- Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development to inform meaningful educational experiences
- Build strong and respectful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with a passionate team of educators who are committed to continuous improvement
- Uphold high standards of quality care and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking educators who bring both qualification and passion to their role.

Essential requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care




- A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection & Child Safety Training
- Current Safe Food Handling, and Safe Sleep Training (Or willingness to obtain)
