About the Role As the Quality and Development Coordinator, you will lead initiatives that strengthen quality, practice excellence, and continuous improvement across PCYC's Fun Squad services. Working closely with operational teams, you will develop practical resources, provide expert guidance, and deliver coaching and training that supports educators to achieve high-quality outcomes aligned with the National Quality Framework and organisational priorities. You will play an important role in embedding reflective practice, supporting curriculum innovation, improving compliance, and driving continuous improvement across services.

By partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, you will help ensure our Fun Squad programs deliver safe, engaging, and enriching experiences for children and families. This role will operate under a hub-and-spoke working model, with flexible working arrangements available, including work from home days and travel to services as required.

About You

You are passionate about quality education and supporting others to succeed. You enjoy developing practical solutions, building capability, and working collaboratively to improve outcomes. With a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and contemporary OSHC practice, you are motivated to help services continually grow, innovate,



and deliver exceptional experiences for children.

What You Bring

- Demonstrated experience in Outside School Hours Care, early childhood, or the education sector, with a robust understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Experience driving continuous improvement, reflective practice, and high-quality practice outcomes
- Ability to develop practical resources, deliver training, and coach teams to build capability and support best practice
- Solid communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland as required and hold a current unrestricted driver's licence
- Hold, or be able to obtain prior to commencement, a valid Blue Card and National Police Check
