RC Drillers | Permanent Positions | WA Projects | Up to $1,000/Day

We're currently recruiting experienced RC Drillers for permanent opportunities across a variety of Western Australian mining and exploration projects .

Operating a fleet of Schramm 685 RC rigs , you'll be joining a well-established drilling contractor known for maintaining quality equipment, providing strong field support, and offering consistent long-term work.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as an RC Driller
- Experience operating RC drill rigs, preferably Schramm 685s




- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Solid commitment to safety and teamwork

A structured Trainee Driller Program is available for the right candidates, providing the opportunity to learn rig operations under experienced mentors and build a long-term career in drilling. Successful applicants will commence on a trainee rate whilst completing the development program.
