What you'll be doing:
- Prospecting for new business and growing your local market presence
- Managing buyer and seller relationships from appraisal through to settlement
- Conducting property appraisals, home opens, and private inspections
- Negotiating offers and achieving outstanding outcomes for your clients
- Building and maintaining a strong referral network
- Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the agency professionally
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of Real Estate Sales Representative experience
- Current Sales Registration with up-to-date CPD requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for property
- Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
