- 2 week casual assignment
- Commencing next week

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Receptionist to cover a short-term leave for a well-known household consumer brand. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of phones, administrative practices and procedures. You will receive a full day hand-over to get you up to speed.

Primary Roles And Responsibility

- Provide support through general clerical duties
- Answer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate
- 20-30 inbound calls daily
- Assisting office visitors
- Perform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when required




- Maintain a good working relationship with the management and staff
- High level MS office & intermediate Excel
- Any other duty as reasonably directed

To Be Successful You Will Need To Demonstrate

- Must have current drivers licence and own transport
- Experience in a reception & admin setting
- Outstanding communication skills & customer service
- Outgoing & pro-active personality
- Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
