Guma-Warnii Resources is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for a 3 month contract with a major WA utility provider, based in modern offices just minutes from the Perth CBD. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will deliver proactive, end to end talent acquisition services in a fast paced environment, playing a key role in attracting and securing blue collar talent across a large and diverse workforce.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
- Running job briefs with Hiring Managers to shape strong shortlists
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating selection activity
- Building diverse sourcing strategies for current and future roles
- Working collaboratively with the team and wider business
- Resolving recruitment challenges with practical solutions
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the team
What You Will Bring
- Strong blue collar recruitment experience
- Good understanding of operations and how the workforce fits together
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build robust relationships
- Regional and Metro recruitment exposure highly regarded
- Strong grasp of current recruitment and selection methods
- Confident sourcing via LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors highly regarded
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Certificate or Diploma in HR or Psychology highly regarded
