We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include

Consulting with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for vacancies.

Preparing and posting job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms.

Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer, placement and post-placement support.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to generate repeat business and referrals.

Conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews and negotiating employment offers.





Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within the recruitment database and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of your recruitment desk.

About

You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).

At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or account management.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong customer focus.

The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
