This is an opportunity to join a leading mining contractor and play a key role in delivering quality recruitment outcomes across a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment. Reporting to the Recruitment Leader, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess and secure top talent. You will ensure all recruitment activities are compliant, merit-based and aligned with company policies and required employment legislation.

Key responsibilities will include

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of blue collar mining positions
- Partnering with hiring leaders to provide expert recruitment advice and support workforce planning
- Search and select through effective advertising and pipelining, prescreening and interviewing
- Manage pre-employment checks, including medicals, police clearances and verification of qualifications and work rights
- Prepare and issue employment offers and associated documentation




- Ensure recruitment governance, compliance and data integrity standards are maintained
- Identify and escalate recruitment risks

To be successful in your application, you will demonstrate consolidated experience as an end-to-end blue collar recruiter from within the mining or a related sector. It is essential that you possess strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building, can manage a high-volume portfolio, possess a strong attention to detail and compliance. You must work well within a team environment and enjoy participating in a supportive, hands-on workplace.
