ABOUT THE ROLE:

Red Arrow Australia is looking for a driven Recruitment Advisor – White Collar to join our recruitment team in Perth. This is a client-facing, sales-focused role for someone who knows the recruitment industry inside and out and thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and growing new accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develop and grow a portfolio of white-collar clients across the resources sector, from major Tier-1 operators through to emerging projects
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of clients and roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar positions briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates
- Build and nurture a network of quality candidates across technical, professional and corporate mining disciplines
- Negotiate fees, rates and terms of business with clients
- Provide market insights and advice to clients on talent trends, salary benchmarking and recruitment strategy
- Meet and exceed individual sales,



margin and placement targets
- Represent Red Arrow at industry events, client meetings and networking functions
- Work closely with the wider Red Arrow team to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Advisor, ideally within white collar or professional services recruitment
- A genuine understanding of the recruitment industry and a proven track record in business development and account growth
- Experience or strong interest in the resources sector
- A confident, resilient, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
