HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our national Recruitment Projects Team, supporting large-scale outsourced recruitment campaigns for government, education, healthcare, community services and corporate clients across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate assessment, workforce planning and talent acquisition while working alongside experienced recruitment professionals on high-profile projects.
About the Role
As part of our Recruitment Projects Team, you will support major recruitment campaigns involving hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of candidates.
Your responsibilities may include
- Screening and assessing candidate applications
- Conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events
- Supporting candidate testing and selection activities
- Completing reference checks and pre-employment screening activities
- Managing candidate communications via phone, email and SMS
- Scheduling recruitment activities and interviews
- Maintaining recruitment systems and candidate records
- Supporting recruitment reporting and project administration
- Assisting recruitment consultants and project managers to deliver client outcomes
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
About You We're looking for people who:
- Are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
- Have a genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, organisational psychology or workforce planning
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Are adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
- Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
