We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant blue-collar recruitment team! This isn't your average desk job. Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
- Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
- Writing and placing job adverts
- Assist with filling high-volume client job orders
- Handle general administration tasks
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and effective time management
- Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
- Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
