About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Team Development and working within a close-knit team, this role will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end recruitment support for the NSW team.

You will play a key role in ensuring our business continues to attract and retain high-calibre talent across our construction, design, and corporate teams. From sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines to supporting onboarding initiatives and contributing to strategic recruitment projects, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of positions.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through a range of channels, including LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals, and talent networks.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives by building strong relationships across the business through regular site visits, one-on-one meetings,



and ongoing communication with employees at all levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain and enhance our talent database and talent pipeline strategies to support future workforce planning.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers across the business.
- Liaise with external recruitment partners where required.
- Support the implementation of initiatives aligned with Rohrig's recruitment, retention, and employer branding strategies.
- Assist with onboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvement within the team development function.
- Prepare recruitment reporting and provide insights to support business decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Australian working rights.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build genuine relationships with people.
- Confidence engaging with candidates over the phone and through various sourcing platforms.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for achieving outcomes.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using Employment Hero or HR systems will be highly regarded.
