Role: Marketing & Events Manager (Full-Time)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (with flexibility for key events)
- Venue: Para Hills Community Club (Newly redeveloped | 8,000+ members)
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Paid Marketing: Execute targeted paid ads, local SEO, and direct campaigns to grow trade.
- Data & CRM Strategy: Analyse guest data and enhance our Club App to drive member retention and repeat visitation.
- Events & Functions: Concept, promote, and run high-impact events; streamline software to boost function revenue.
- Content & Brand Management: Oversee social media platforms, in-venue digital signage, promotional flyers, and asset creation.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in hospitality,
licensed club, or event marketing with a proven track record of commercial ROI.
- Tech & Data Skills: Hands-on experience with venue booking platforms, CRM tools, app management, and ad channels.
- Creative Drive: Confident creating or briefing content (Canva/Adobe Suite) with an eye for sharp branding.
- Club Culture: Understanding of community venue dynamics and a passion for creating great experiences.
