About the Role
This is a full-time position where you will:
- Support and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning space
Skills & Requirements
- Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – or actively studying toward qualification
- Experience in programming (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
- Completed Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Genuine passion for developing and supporting young learners
- Cultural awareness and respect for diversity
