You’ll become part of a collaborative team responsible for setting up customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries and supporting a busy national operation. Every day is varied, offering plenty of opportunities to build your knowledge and develop your career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts and records
- Responding to customer and branch enquiries via phone and email
- Processing documentation and ensuring information is accurate
- Liaising with internal teams to support account approvals
- Updating systems and databases
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administration, customer service or office coordination
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Is confident learning new systems and processes
- Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues
- Takes pride in delivering excellent service
Previous experience in credit, accounts or finance administration is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person with a strong administrative mindset.
