Warrnambool Toyota have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant with drive, passion and commitment to join our Sales team.

About You:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry is preferrable but not necessary, however a previous sales role is necessary.

- This role will be for New, Pre-Owned vehicle sales.

- Proven ability & track record of attaining industry key performance indicators (KPI's).

- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a sales team – Teamwork is essential.

- Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build instant rapport.

- A driven attitude with the ability to provide the ultimate customer experience.

- Result and task driven with ability to follow direction.

- Punctual, professional & organised.

- Outstanding work ethic.

- Overall possess a can-do attitude.

The Role:

- Availability to work 5 and a 1/2 day weeks, Monday to Saturday

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and guest satisfaction.

- Communicate, liaise,



and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

- Respond to and follow up all sales enquires using appropriate methods and time frames.

- Use guest and prospect contact activity tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
