You will provide exceptional service to members and guests, maintain high standards of cleanliness across the bar and function areas, manage cash handling, and stay skilled with colleagues and customers.
For those with extensive experience in bar operations (5+ years) and customer service, advancement to Supervisor/Duty Manager may be possible in the future.
