Forsight Australia is seeking enthusiastic Active Support Workers to join our Lily home in Coniston, NSW. This part‑time role focuses on person‑centred support to enhance independence, inclusion and wellbeing for clients with disabilities.
Ideal candidates hold a Cert III in Disability (or be studying) or have at least 6 months of relevant experience. You will need First Aid/CPR, a valid Australian driver's licence and NDIA Worker Screening clearance; sleepovers may be required.
