Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Boutique in Charge will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the boutique team. The Boutique Manager will have a demonstrated ability in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. In addition, they will possess a deep understanding of the luxury and jewelry industries.

The Boutique Manager will have a genuine passion for their team, supporting them to achieve their goals and will be a positive influencer to contribute to their success.

Job responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales target(s) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies
- Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets
- Conduct market research on market trend, competitors' sales to share with management
- Be responsible for KPI’s achievement for self and the team

Staff Management

- Manage, coach, develop and motivate staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member
- Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
- Be responsible of roster planning for all the staff in the store
- Ensure the grooming of the staff is aligned with the guidelines of the brand
- Participate in staff recruitment process
- Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession plan in the store

Operations Management

- Be responsible for inventory management and visual merchandising per the brand guidelines
- Supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts
- Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in an organized manner




- Be responsible for applying brand merchandising guidelines and ensure timely window and interior product display rotation, in order to maximize sales prospect
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all time
- Oversee all facts of store operation, e.g. billing, daily reconcilliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.
- Complete reports and documents as per management request
- Implement and support all security procedures measures

Customer Relations Management

- Lead the team to recruit, develop and retain our clients
- Achieve high customer satisfaction at all times through delivering best customer service & brand experience to customers
- Implement activities to drive client repeat visit and build customer loyalty
- Attend to customer complaints in a timely manner
- Act as brand ambassador following coporate guidelines of the brand
- Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team

Profile

- Solid supervisory/ management position within luxury retail environment. Preferably from luxury fashion/ luxury W&J; sector
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- A creative mind helps you to be disruptive, pro-active and to act strategically
- Agile, adaptable, possess strong relationship and leadership skills.
- A hands on, inclusive and dynamic leadership style
- Impeccable attention to detail with a can-do attitude is crucial
