We are looking for a Womenswear Department Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high‑performing team culture within our HighpointConcept Store. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long‑lasting relationships.

Ideal Candidate

- Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
- Exposure to stock volumes and stock management.
- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPIs & budgets.
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
