CS Air is a well-established family-owned air conditioning and refrigeration company based in Mittagong, NSW. We've been operating successfully for 9 years and have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Refrigeration Technician to join our installation team.
We are also open to applications from 3rd and 4th Year Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentices who are looking to further develop their skills with an experienced and supportive team.

Pay rate will be based on experience, skill level, quality of workmanship, and attention to detail.
About the Role
This is a predominantly installation-based role working across residential and light commercial air conditioning and refrigeration projects.
Responsibilities include
- Installation of split, multi-split and ducted air conditioning systems
- Installation of refrigeration equipment and associated components
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Working closely with customers and team members
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally
What We're Looking For
Qualified Technicians
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong installation experience
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Apprentices
- Currently completing Year 3 or Year 4 of a Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills
- Reliable, motivated and professional attitude
