Regional Fleet & Workshop Administrator - NSW and QLD

Join a Growing, Values‑Driven Organisation TDG Environmental is expanding, and we’re looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across TDG's NSW and QLD fleet operations. The position is based at Wetherill Park, NSW.

About the Role

As the Regional Fleet & Workshop Administrator - NSW and QLD, you will play a vital role in supporting TDG Environmental's fleet operations and ensuring our assets remain compliant, operationally available, and accurately maintained within company systems. Based in Wetherill Park, NSW, you will provide administrative and operational support across our NSW and QLD fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate fleet maintenance activities, including scheduled servicing, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs across NSW and QLD.
- Maintain accurate fleet, plant, equipment, and asset records, ensuring all documentation is current, compliant, and readily accessible.
- Support the administration of fleet assets throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and disposals.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to NSW and QLD workshop operations, including raising and managing work orders and maintenance records.
- Coordinate workshop parts procurement, supplier orders, and inventory replenishment to support operational requirements.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and progress, liaising with workshop teams, suppliers, and operational stakeholders to minimise fleet downtime.
- Maintain fleet management systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate asset information.
- Support the development and maintenance of fleet forms, inspections,



workflows, and system documentation.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, assist with expenditure reconciliation, and support fleet cost reporting.
- Monitor fleet compliance requirements, including registrations, inspections, certifications, contractor compliance, and other regulatory obligations.
- Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving compliance risks and overdue requirements.
- Produce fleet performance, maintenance, and cost reports to support operational and management decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams, workshop personnel, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate communications regarding maintenance scheduling, repairs, and fleet availability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and fleet-related projects.
- Support TDG Environmental's commitment to safety, compliance, and Zero Harm by promoting safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support fleet and workshop operations.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

- Previous experience in fleet administration, workshop administration, asset management or maintenance
- coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.




- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Current unrestricted Driver Licence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed operations.

Desirable
- Experience using fleet management systems.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience within transport, construction, environmental services or heavy vehicle industries.
- Understanding fleet compliance and maintenance management processes.
