The Regional Sales Director (Financial Services), Australia & Recent Zealand (RSDFS) leads the origination stage of the client lifecycle, generating qualified opportunities through structured partner channels, targeted outreach, and high-impact events. In parallel, the RSDFS role is to ensure full alignment of business development and sales activity across service lines within the ANZ market and integration into the broader Group commercial framework.

In ANZ, the role holds accountability for sales and business development performance spanning three service lines, Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services. This includes oversight of pipeline development across these service lines, strengthening referral alliances, enhancing brand visibility, representing Acclime at key industry forums, and delivering disciplined performance reporting to the Regional Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand (RMD), and Group Commercial Director The role further supports cross-border financial services business development initiatives between Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. This role forms part of the fortnightly Group Sales Leadership calls, working alongside their Regional Sales Directors for ASEAN, North Asia, and India & the Middle East.

Role & Responsibilities

- Executing Acclime’s business development strategy in ANZ, including aligning sales and business development teams across Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services.




- Overseeing financial services sales and business development activities in ANZ across these three service lines.
- Team lead for the identification and pursuit of business opportunities for ANZ across Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services in Australia including cross-border business development initiatives between Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai.
- Build alliances with Acclime directors, established referral partners, complementary service providers, industry associations, and key ecosystem players to enhance market reach, brand visibility and enhance referral opportunities. Key target channels will include:
- Acclime in-house / client leads
- Law firms specialising in M&A; and investment funds
- Accounting firms with M&A; and funds management expertise
- FM incubators and accelerators
- Fundraising and investment management conferences attendees
- Prime brokers/IBs
- Consultants and third-party marketers
- PE and VC networks.

- Build awareness of Acclime as a leading global provider of Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services across ANZ.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, events, and referrals.
- Oversee the ANZ pipeline of prospects across Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services.
- Provide regular reports to RMD, and the Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services service line leaders on the sales performance and business development performance in ANZ.
- Oversee development of proposals, presentations, and pitches, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial viability.
- Provide guidance to sales and business development staff and contribute to team capability building.
- Foster collaboration between business development, sales, and marketing teams.
- Represent Acclime at key networking events, forums, and thought leadership platforms to raise brand visibility.
