We are looking for a results driven Regional Sales Representative to take ownership of our Consumer Electronics retail presence in Victoria. If you are confident, great with people, and thrive in a customer-facing sales role, this could be your next career move.

What you’ll be doing:

- Own and grow key retail relationships across VIC, become the go to rep for Australia’s largest retailers in your region and build strong partnerships with store teams and drive results at the frontline.
- Showcase our Consumer Electronics range from wearable tech to dash cams and navigation devices, you’ll make sure each store understands Garmin’s product line, what it does, who it’s for, and how to sell it.
- Drive sales and execute promotions, a part in rolling out national campaigns. You’ll deliver sales through results via training, merchandising, in store visits, and by keeping stock moving and well placed.
- Keep the stores looking sharp, own retail readiness with flawless execution of displays, planograms, and in store promotions and make sure every Garmin product looks as good as it performs.
- Work closely with internal and external partners, stay connected with store managers, support teams, and internal Garmin departments to keep initiatives aligned and accounts well supported.
- Track performance and provide insights, report on store trends, promotional results, competitor movements, and product feedback to help inform wider sales strategies.
- Hit the road and sometimes the skies. Spend most of your time in the field visiting stores across Victoria, with the occasional interstate trip for training, retail events, or key meetings.
- Be the face of Garmin, support trade shows, store activations,



or major campaigns including occasional weekend or after-hours events when needed.

About You:

- 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within fitness, cycling, or consumer electronics.
- A personal interest in fitness or cycling (e.g. running, riding, racing, training).
- Hands on experience with GPS devices, wearables, or performance tracking tools.
- Confidence managing a large and varied territory on your own.
- Strong communication skills. Able to educate, influence, and build rapport.
- Solid organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and sales/CRM platforms.
- A valid driver’s licence plus flexibility to travel and attend occasional weekend events.
