Registered Nurse – Residential Aged Care The Opportunity An established residential aged care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its clinical team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred clinical care
- Complete resident assessments and contribute to care planning
- Administer medications and monitor residents' clinical needs
- Identify and escalate changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance and support to care employees
- Participate in handovers, clinical reviews and continuous improvement
- Ensure care is delivered in line with aged care standards and policies
- Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual preferences
About You To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least three years of experience within residential aged care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A kind, considerate and respectful approach to resident care
- Strong integrity and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing
- The ability to see each resident as an individual
- Current police check and relevant compliance documentation
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
