We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our friendly general practice team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, meaningful patient interactions, and working within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Triage and patient assessments
- Childhood, adult, and travel immunisations
- Wound care and chronic wound management
- Assisting GPs with procedures including:
- Skin biopsies
- Mirena insertion
- Iron infusions
- Other minor procedures

- 75+ Health Assessments and chronic disease care plans
- Patient recalls, reminders, and follow-up
- First-line emergency response and use of emergency equipment

- Cold chain management

- Infection control and sterilisation




- Supporting practice accreditation requirements

You will be an significant part of our clinical team and will see the real impact of your care every day.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' nursing experience
- Interest in Primary Care / General Practice
- Immunisation Certificate or good knowledge of the NSW vaccination schedule
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Competent computer skills
- Australian permanent residency required

Desirable (not essential)

- Previous GP practice experience
- Emergency or paediatric experience

Hours

- Minimum 3 days per week
- 1–2 Saturday mornings per month on rotation
- Additional hours may be available
