REGISTERED NURSE

ANAESTHETIC/RECOVERY/SCRUB - Part time Permanent

We are a Fully Accredited Private Hospital located in Honeysuckle with an outlook over Newcastle Harbour. We are in very close proximity to some of the best eateries and beaches around Newcastle. The services we provide at our hospital covers General, Plastics and Cosmetic Surgeries. An exciting opportunity exists for Registered Nurses in our Operating Theatre.

You will join a small dynamic team that is focused on delivering the best quality care. You will have:

Essential Criteria-

- Full APHRA registration
- A minimum of 2 years experience in operating theatres

Desirable Criteria-

- Ability to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team
- A passion for delivering high quality, patient centred care
- Sound clinical decision making,



critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the National Standards
- Act respectfully towards all patients and staff
- Demonstrate Cultural Awareness and actively participate in regular ongoing education for the delivery of culturally safe and care for Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander persons
- Excellent communication skills, written, electronic and verbal
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrate good work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity and commitment to professional practice
