Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group****is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clarence Estate Home Care team on a part-time basis. Working with our palliative care clients, this role has an on call component.

About the role

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will be responsible for delivering essential nursing care to clients within the comfort of their own homes, contributing significantly to their wellbeing and quality of life. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all home care clients.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

What you’ll bring

- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher)



in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- Understanding of the strengthened aged care quality standards
- Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector
- Willing to be on call
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver's licence and personal vehicle
- Evidence of Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
