This is where officers and soldiers in the Australian Army Intelligence Corps complete their initial employment training, and all-corps training is conducted throughout officer and soldier careers. It was established in 1942 for Army jungle warfare and infantry training. It was closed from 1948 – 1954, however reactivated during the Vietnam War. Services provided include primary medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health and pharmaceutical services. - Conductingfitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care.
- Undertaking assessments, interventions, managing medications, formulating treatment and care plans for individuals and group education sessions
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environmentwhere patientwellness is paramount What you bring - Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- One of the following:ACMHN credentialed,Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing,Mental Health trained nurse / UK trained undergraduate Mental Health Nurse
- Minimum two years’ Post RN general registration experience within last five yearsin mental health within a Primary Healthcare Setting or Specialist Mental Health Setting
- Comprehensive assessment skills and experience in ‘Focussed Psychological Strategies’ and ‘Psychological Therapy’ as per Medicare Schedule
- Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
- Australian Citizenshiprequired to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
