Key Responsibilities

- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing, service-driven team.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered.
- Assist with the achievement of store budgets across sales, wages, and shrinkage.
- Coach and empower your team through strong training, development, and ongoing support.
- Manage high volumes of apparel and accessories, visual merchandising, and inventory flow.
- Drive company objectives through strong communication, time management, and team motivation.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in high-volume product environments.

- Strong understanding of stock management, time management, and operational budgets.
