The Opportunity

Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator looking for a role with a real career pathway?

Based at our front office and showroom, the Estimating Support Coordinator is the engine room of our Estimating and Client Service departments. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role where no two days are the same—blending high-touch customer service, robust business administration, and direct support for our specialist Estimators.

Key Responsibilities

- Estimating & Sales Support: Review, qualify, and log new quote requests/tenders. Review client schedules, specs, and architectural documents, and schedule showroom appointments.
- Workflow Coordination: Track production timelines, assist Estimators with quote follow-ups, and log job variations.
- Financial & Business Admin: Raise sales orders, process invoices, handle payments, and manage end-of-month reconciliations (using Frameworks).
- Front of House / Showroom:



Serve as the face of AllKind Joinery—welcoming clients, managing incoming calls/inquiries, and maintaining a pristine showroom space.

What We’re Looking For

- Industry Experience: 2+ years in business administration or support, ideally within building, construction, trade sales, joinery, or manufacturing.
- Tech Savvy: Strong digital literacy. Experience with CRM/ERP/Project tools (e.g., Frameworks, Freshsales, Smartsheet, Monday.com) is highly regarded.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy with data entry, financial processing, and order logging.
- Communication Skills: Articulate, qualified, and confident when liaising with builders, internal teams, suppliers, and residential clients.
