About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rope Access Painter (IRATA Level 2/3) to join our growing team. This is a full time, permanent position working across a variety of projects throughout Sydney, including residential, strata, commercial, and construction sites.

The successful applicant will be a reliable professional with excellent painting skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality painting and surface preparation using rope access techniques.
Complete all aspects of the painting trade, including:
Surface preparation and patching
Cutting in
Rolling walls and ceilings
Gloss and enamel finishes
General painting and finishing work




Carry out work on residential, strata, commercial, and construction projects.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including IRATA procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
Work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.
Skill & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional painter.
Current IRATA Level 2/3 certification.
Current White Card.
Own basic hand tools.
Strong communication skills.
Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work safely at heights and in physically demanding environments.
