The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker who is passionate about supporting injured individuals throughout their recovery journey.

Working across a diverse caseload, you will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients within Workers Compensation and CTP schemes, collaborating closely with employers, insurers, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to achieve positive rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a varied rehabilitation caseload across Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.
- Conduct workplace, vocational, and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
- Liaise with injured workers, employers, insurers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate services to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes.
- Provide education regarding injury management and recovery.
- Prepare high-quality rehabilitation reports and documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as required.




- Maintain professional relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.

About You

You will possess

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Current registration or membership with the relevant qualified body (AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA, ESSA, AASW, or OTA, as applicable).
- Experience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management, or return-to-work services (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- A current Australian Driver Licence and reliable motor vehicle.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
