About Support Network

Support Network is one of Australia's leading disability and aged care platforms, connecting older Australians, people living with disability and their families with trusted support workers and home care services across the country.

We're growing quickly, investing heavily in technology, partnerships and people, and building a team of driven professionals who genuinely want to make a difference while achieving outstanding commercial results.

If you love building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that's changing the way care is delivered, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is not your typical phone sales role.

We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic and commercially driven Relationship Manager who enjoys talking to people, building trust and creating opportunities.

You'll be the first point of contact for many providers, support coordinators, families and referral partners. Every conversation is an opportunity to build confidence, qualify opportunities and help people find the right support while generating a strong sales pipeline.

You'll work closely with our sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure every lead receives an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy and commercial focus.
- Contact warm inbound enquiries and convert them into registered clients and qualified opportunities.
- Proactively engage existing databases to generate recent appointments and business opportunities.

- Qualify leads and coordinate seamless handovers to the sales team.
- Book and manage appointments while maintaining an organised calendar and sales pipeline.
- Accurately maintain CRM records and ensure every interaction is documented.
- Quickly become an expert in our technology platforms and internal systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of the NDIS, Home Care Packages, aged care and Support Network's services.
- Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas that improve lead generation and conversion.
- Consistently achieve activity, conversion and pipeline targets.

About You You're someone who brings energy to every conversation.

You enjoy speaking with people, asking great questions and uncovering opportunities. You are organised, resilient and highly motivated by results, while never losing sight of the people behind every enquiry.

You'll also have

- Experience in phone-based sales, business development, appointment setting or customer relationship management.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent CRM discipline.
- Confidence using technology, AI tools and calendar management systems.

- The ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A genuine interest in disability, aged care or community services.

Experience within healthcare, disability, aged care or community services will be highly regarded but is not essential. Why Join Support Network?

We're building one of Australia's fastest-growing care platforms and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team where initiative is valued, ideas are welcomed and your contribution genuinely matters.

We work hard, celebrate success and back our people with the technology, support and opportunities they need to perform at their best.

This isn't a role where you'll simply answer phones.

You'll build relationships, influence outcomes and directly contribute to the growth of a national business that's improving the lives of thousands of Australians.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be measured on

- High-quality conversations
- Qualified appointments generated
- Lead conversion
- Pipeline contribution
- CRM accuracy
- Customer experience
- Team collaboration

Top performers will have significant opportunities for career progression as Support Network continues its national expansion.

To Apply

If you're ambitious, self-motivated, enjoy building relationships and want to be part of a business with purpose and momentum, we'd love to hear from you.

Submit your CV together with a short cover letter telling us why you're the right person to help grow Support Network.
