About the Role
We're hiring a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM), you'll be the face of AVA Advisory to the accounting community. Your focus is new business development - building relationships with accounting firms, positioning AVA as their go-to partner, and generating a steady stream of referrals. This is a hybrid role: you'll be based in our Sydney CBD office most of the week, with regular visits out to meet accountants face-to-face.
What You'll Do
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with accounting firms as referral partners
- Represent AVA Advisory in face-to-face meetings with accountants across Sydney
- Develop and manage a pipeline of referral partners from first contact through to active, repeat referrals
- Log all activity, contacts,
and pipeline progress accurately in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure referred clients are followed up promptly and well
- Represent the AVA brand professionally in every interaction - you're often the first impression a new partner has of us
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with or alongside accountants is a strong plus
- Experience in business development, account management, or partnerships is essential
- A natural relationship builder - confident meeting recent people and comfortable being the face of the brand
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline and schedule
- Strong communicator, both in person and over email/phone
- Comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot)
- Full working rights in Australia
- A driver's licence, given the field-visit component of the role
What's On Offer
- $80,000 base salary
- $48,000 annual commission On Target Earnings
- Commission is uncapped
- Superannuation
- Hybrid flexibility - office-based with the variety of getting out and meeting people
