Successful applicants will be practising evangelical Christians who are proven performers, able to provide effective classroom support and positively complement a team workplace.

They will be able to demonstrate and work within the College’s Christian framework. Applicants should be able to demonstrate their personal faith in Jesus Christ as God and Saviour and be an active member of an evangelical Christian Church. Successful applicants will have a desire to work within a Christian team setting and be expected to support teaching from a Christian worldview.

All relief staff will need to accept the College’s Code of Conduct (including Statement of Faith) and all compliance requirements. Application requirements The application must include: 1.



Cover letter outlining suitability for a relief Education Assistant role within the context of HillSide Christian College (maximum two pages).

State preference for either Primary and or Secondary.

- Include a brief statement of your Christian Faith, and a current CV outlining qualifications, church membership, professional referees, contact details and career history.
- A written reference from a Pastor/Elder or the contact details of a Pastor/Elder who may be contacted for a verbal reference in regard to the applicant’s Christian faith, character and practice.
- A copy of all qualifications and compliance documents named in the dot points below.
- a current Working with Children Card (WWCC) or willingness to apply - a current Police Clearance or willingness to apply Interviews and referee checks will be integral to the selection of any candidate. The following will need to be provided when requested:
