Emergency to RAN Transition – Step Into Remote Nursing

We’re working with an incredible Aboriginal Health Service in the NT, looking for nurses passionate about making a real impact in remote communities. Whether you're an experienced Remote Area Nurse or ready to transition into RAN work, this is your opportunity to grow, learn, and make a difference.

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine passion for working in remote communities
- Emergency nursing experience (Emergency Department experience is a strong advantage)
- A willingness to learn and step outside your comfort zone

What You’ll Get:

- Pay rates between $62–$66 per hour + super + paid on-call, overtime, and penalties
- Full support and training within a well-known Aboriginal Health Service in the NT
- Travel and accommodation are covered from anywhere in Australia
- Annual and sick leave accrual (even as an agency nurse)

Requirements:

- AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
- NT Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Manual driver’s license
- Rural / Remote emergency nursing experience
