About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support business research, market intelligence, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze industry trends, evaluate market opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth and consulting projects.

? Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Industry Analysis

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across various sectors.

Identify emerging market trends, business opportunities, and industry developments.

Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.

Monitor market dynamics and prepare regular intelligence reports for management.

Support feasibility studies, business case development, and strategic planning initiatives.

Evaluate customer needs, market demand, and competitive positioning.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze research findings and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Prepare research reports, executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate research outcomes effectively.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the research process.





Support ad hoc research projects and business intelligence requests.

Business & Strategic Support

Collaborate with project teams to support consulting, business development, and organizational initiatives.

Assist in developing strategic proposals, reports, and client presentations.

Maintain research databases and knowledge management systems.

Support cross-functional teams by providing evidence-based recommendations for business decisions.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the education and consulting sectors.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1–3 years of experience in research, business analysis, consulting, market intelligence, or related roles is preferred.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent research, writing, and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Python, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
