As an experienced Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties across Perth's inner-city and southern suburbs. Supported by excellent systems and a collaborative team, you'll focus on delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants while managing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
✅ Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
✅ Coordinate maintenance and property inspections
✅ Oversee leasing activities and tenancy management
✅ Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
✔ Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
✔ Highly organised with a proactive approach
✔ Experience with Property Tree (desirable)
