The Role

As a Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with sellers,



buyers and prospective clients while actively growing your presence within the local market.

Your role will include

- Prospecting, networking and identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
- Securing and managing residential property listings
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with sellers and buyers
- Managing enquiries, inspections, negotiations and sales through to settlement
- Maintaining an active database and consistent client communication
- Working closely with our sales, marketing and administration teams
- Representing Wilson Property professionally within the local community
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, CPD and industry requirements

About You You’re motivated by people as much as property.

You’re confident starting conversations, building relationships and following opportunities through. You understand that a successful real estate career is built over time through consistency, communication, trust and hard work.

You’ll ideally bring

- A Victorian Agent’s Representative qualification or relevant real estate licence, or be working towards one
- A current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Real estate sales experience or experience within a customer-focused sales environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills




- A proactive approach to prospecting and generating new business
- Professional presentation and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using CRM systems, technology and digital tools
- Resilience, accountability and a genuine desire to achieve
- A strong connection to customer service and the local community
