We’re looking for a superstar Restaurant Manager to lead an amazing team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for the day to day operations, staff rostering and maintaining high standards of service

What We’re Looking For

- Supporting daily restaurant operations and delivering a seamless guest experience

- Leading the floor during service ensuring premium service delivery, guest satisfaction, and team coordination

- Managing guest feedback and ensuring service recovery when needed

- Supporting stock control processes including deliveries, inventory checks, and presentation standards

- Liaising with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain timing, presentation, and menu knowledge among staff

- Upholding Ghanem Group standards in ambience, cleanliness, and overall presentation
