We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader who cares about customer experience, staff culture, and growing the unique product that is Shaw&Co.; This role is suitable for someone who is at a strong supervisor level and looking to grow, or is an already proven manager.
Operating in City Lane on Flinders Street, Shaw&Co; is open for lunch and dinner 6 days per week. The responsibilities include daily operations of the venue, stock control, roster management, staff training and culture, reservation management, and adherence to budgeted KPIs.
Shaw&Co; is part of the FGH Group and does offer progression and development within this North Queensland-based qualified and driven management team.
